Staff roles in EMS360
Staff members in EMS360 are assigned specific roles that determine their system access and capabilities. All users automatically receive the staff member role, with additional roles assigned based on responsibilities.

Organiser | Plans events and checks staff availability |
Principal | Unique access to all staff reviews and attendance reports |

Purchase order approver | Reviews/approves purchase requests |
Purchase order manager | Manages procurement and final approvals |
Staff professional development | |
Accreditation manager | Manages staff credentials |
PL approver | Approves/rejects professional learning event requests |
PL manager | Oversees professional learning process and final approvals |

Review reviewer | Tracks and completes assigned reviews |
