My self assessments
The My Self Assessments section allows you to manage and complete self-assessment questionnaires. These assessments may be created by your school or selected from a repository of templates provided by EMS, tailored to various teaching classifications.
What it is and how it works
Self-assessment is a tool designed to help you analyse your overall performance and set goals for self-improvement. By completing regular self-assessments, you create a personal archive that allows you to track progress over time.
Visibility and confidentiality
All assessments created using EMS360 self-assessment templates are completely confidential.
Assessments created by your school may allow managers to view a summary of anonymised responses.
