360 Review Questions

A 360 review is a comprehensive feedback tool that gathers input from multiple perspectives, helping to evaluate performance, skills, and behaviours. The 360 Review Questions tool allows you to set up a new reviews, modify an existing one, or configuring questions.

From creating custom questions to organising and activating reviews, you’ll find everything you need to ensure your 360 reviews are tailored to your goals and ready for distribution.

Create a 360 review
  1. Click Add Review.

  2. Enter the required details for the review.

  3. (Optional) Copy data from an existing 360 review:

    • Select a previous 360 review to replicate.

    • Choose whether to include past reviewees and reviewers (internal and/or external).

  4. Click Save.

Once created, the new 360 review will appear in the menu, ready for you to add questions.

Activate a 360 review
  1. Carefully review all questions and details before proceeding.

  2. Once you’re satisfied with the setup, click Finish Review Questions.

  3. Confirm the activation when prompted.

Important: Once activated, the review cannot be edited or deleted.

Activated 360 reviews will appear in the "360 Reviews" section, where you can assign and distribute them to participants.

Modify a 360 review
  1. Select the 360 review from the menu.

  2. Click Edit Review.

  3. Make changes.

  4. Select Sharing Options (if available):
    Choose whether to share the 360 review with other sites or campuses.

  5. Click Save.

Delete a 360 review
  1. Select the 360 review from the menu.

  2. Click Edit Review.

  3. Click Delete

  4. Confirm deletion.

Configure questions for a 360 review

Terminology
  • Title: The heading or label for the question.

  • Stem: The actual question text that requires an answer.

Think of the Title as the heading of a paragraph and the Stem as the sentence within the paragraph that poses the question.

Example:

  • Title: Teaching Strategies for Students with Different Abilities

  • Stem: What strategies does this teacher use to cater to the full range of student abilities within a particular classroom?

Choose the source for a 360 question

You can either:

  1. Select predefined questions from the 360 Question Bank (which can be used as-is or modified), or

  2. Create custom questions (Short Answer or Multiple Choice).

Create a custom question for a 360 review
  1. Click Add Question.

  2. Select the question type: Short Answer or Multiple Choice.

  3. Enter the question details:

    • Title: Provide a brief, descriptive title for the question.

    • Stem/Description: Enter the actual question text that respondents will answer.

  4. For Multiple Choice questions:

    • Select a Choices Template to pre-populate answer options.

    • Review and adjust the Choices Key as needed.

  5. Click Save.

    • The new question will be added to the list.

Add a question from the question bank to a 360 review
  1. Click Select Question from Question Bank.

  2. Browse the Question Bank:

    • Use filters (e.g., category, title, stem, type) to find the desired questions.

  3. Select questions:

    • Check the box next to each question you want to add.

  4. Click Copy.

  5. Close the window when done.

Organise questions in a 360 review
  • Drag and drop questions to reorder them as needed.

Modify a question in a 360 review
  1. Select the 360 review from the menu.

  2. Select the question from the list.

  3. Make changes.

  4. Click Save.

Delete a question from a 360 review
  1. Click on the question in the numbered list.

  2. Click Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion.
