Review criteria
This module provides a streamlined way to manage all criteria used in staff performance reviews.
Organisation: Criteria are systematically organised under relevant classifications for easy navigation and clarity.
Creation methods:
Manual Creation: Add custom criteria tailored to your specific needs.
Import Criteria: Seamlessly import criteria from pre-loaded standards or custom Excel files.
Hybrid Approach: Combine manual creation with imports to build a comprehensive and adaptable set of review criteria.
This flexible system ensures you can design performance reviews that align perfectly with your schools goals and standards.
Filter and search review criteria
Use the filter options in the top toolbar to set your desired criteria.
Select review period: Select from the menu options.
Click Search to apply the filters and display the results.
Create a criterion
Manually create new criteria and assign points within existing classifications.
Click Add Criterion.
Enter details.
Select the appropriate Classification from the dropdown menu.
Click Save.
Once saved, the new criterion will appear in the list under the selected classification. The "Edit Criterion" and "Criterion Points" options will then become available for further customisation.
Modify a criterion
Select the criterion from the list.
Make your changes.
Click Save to apply the updates.
Delete a criterion
Select the criterion from the list.
Click Delete.
Confirm the deletion.
Add a criterion point
Assign specific points for each criterion that require responses during the review process.
Select the criterion from the list.
Click Add Criterion Point.
Enter the Description of the criterion point.
Click Save.
Reorder criterion points
Drag and drop criterion points within the list to reorder them as needed.
Modify a criterion point
Select the criterion point.
Click Edit icon button
Make your changes
Click Save.
Remove a criterion point
Select the criterion point.
Click Delete icon button.
Confirm the deletion.
Import criteria
Import criteria and corresponding points from pre-loaded standards or your custom spreadsheet files.
Import restrictions: Import criteria for only one classification at a time.
Import criteria from pre-loaded standards
Click Import Criteria button.
Select the target Classification from the dropdown menu.
Choose the desired Standard from the available options.
Click Validate.
Review the criteria in the New Criteria window.
Click OK to proceed.
Check the imported criteria in the Criteria to Import, organised in expandable/collapsible panels.
Click Save Imported Criteria to add the criteria to the system.
Verify that the imported criteria appear in the main criteria list under the selected classification.
Keep the Import Criteria window open to import additional criteria for the same classification if needed.
Import criteria from a custom spreadsheet file
Click Import Criteria button.
Select the target Classification from the dropdown menu.
Choose Custom standards file as the import source.
Browse and select your custom spreadsheet file.
Click Validate.
Review the criteria in the New Criteria window.
Click OK to proceed.
Check the imported criteria in the Criteria to Import, organised in expandable/collapsible panels.
Click Save Imported Criteria to add the criteria to the system.
Verify that the imported criteria appear in the main criteria list under the selected classification.
Keep the Import Criteria window open to import additional criteria for the same classification if needed.
Export criteria
Export all criteria and their corresponding points for each classification within the selected review period.
A zipped file containing individual spreadsheet files (one for each classification) will be downloaded to your computer.
Export a spreadsheet of criteria
Click Export Criteria
Locate the downloaded file (usually in your "Downloads" folder).
Open the file using a spreadsheet application (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
Print if needed.
