EMS360 email history

My Emails provides a comprehensive historical archive of all email correspondence within EMS360. You can easily filter, search, and manage your emails using the tools provided.

Filter and search your EMS360 emails

Use the toolbar at the top of the page to filter and search your emails based on specific criteria.

  1. Use the filter options in the top toolbar to set your desired criteria.

    • Show: Select an option from the dropdown menu to refine your search (e.g., All, Read, or Unread emails).

    • Date range: Specify a start and end date to filter emails within a specific time period.

    • Find: Enter keywords to search within the Subject, Sender, or Receiver fields.

  2. Click Search to apply the filters and display the results.

Manage your EMS360 email search results

Emails are displayed in a grid format, with a status icon indicating whether each email is read or unread.

Status indicators for emails
  • Unread: The email has not been opened or viewed yet.

  • Read: The email has been opened and viewed.

Change the status of an individual email

The status icon is a clickable button that toggles between Read and Unread.

  1. Click the status icon to change the email’s status.

  2. The icon will update to reflect the current status.

Change the status of bulk emails

Use the Archive All button in the top toolbar to change the status of multiple unread emails at once.

  1. Filter your emails using the Show option to list all unread emails.

  2. Click Archive All.

  3. All listed emails will be marked as Read and archived.

View details of an EMS360 email
  1. Click on an email in the list to view its details in a side panel.
